Benrath Palace and Park Foundation

A summer residence and garden palace with three museums: The palace complex from the 18^th century, the corps de logis of which is open to visitors during the guided tours which regularly take place, is a traditional destination for a day out in the south of Düsseldorf. The cavalier wings house the Museum of European Garden History and the Museum of Natural History, where the visitor can follow in the footprints of important palace and garden architects and explore local flora and fauna. The park completes the ensemble of palace and museums, inviting its guests to take a stroll through its blossoming gardens. Students have free admission to the Foundation’s museums.
