Organisational Development and Digitalisation Unit

The Organisational Development and Digitalisation Unit supports the University management in the ongoing strategic development of the administration.

It coordinates central digitalisation projects and supports change processes in close consultation with the Divisions. On the basis of project and process management methods, the Unit ensures that new digital solutions are identified, implemented and sustainably integrated into the organisational structure. In addition, it is responsible for the conceptual development of regulations and documents, which provide the framework for the administrative organisation.

The Unit reports directly to the Chancellor and serves as an internal consultation and coordination office for all matters relating to the structural and workflow organisation of the administration, as well as its digital transformation.
