In cooperation with the Personnel Development department (administration of the process), the Central Equal Opportunities Officer offers coaching sessions to strengthen your skills and support you in your career development. This coaching programme is tailored to your individual needs and takes place in a one-on-one consultation setting. Here, you can systematically analyse issues from your day-to-day work and develop strategies to optimise organisational workflows in both private and professional contexts.

If you are interested, please contact the Central Equal Opportunities Officer Dr Vervoorts. On request, the Personnel Development department will provide a selection of competent coaches with experience in the field of science.
