Then apply for the Falling Walls Lab Rhineland in Düsseldorf and

• win a trip to Berlin,
• take part at the global Falling Walls Lab Finale, 7 November 2022 in Berlin, to become the Breakthrough Winner of the Year,
• receive a ticket to the prestigious Falling Walls Science Summit (7-9 November 2022), where leaders from science, industry, and policy-making meet and discuss which walls will be the next to fall in science and society,
• take part in an exclusive extended programme with workshops, panel discussions etc.

• The final winner receives a cash prize (1.000,- EUR) and the chance to present his or her idea at the Falling Walls Breakthroughs of the Year stage on 9 November 2022,
