Opening hours

Most shops are open from Monday to Saturday between 10 a.m. and 8 p.m. Supermarkets sometimes have longer opening hours, for example from 7am to 10 pm. Smaller shops, on the other hand, often close between 5 and 7 pm and on Saturdays around noon. Kiosks and shops in main railway stations are often open on Sundays and public holidays. In many bakeries you can get fresh rolls in the morning on Sundays. At night and on weekends you can find a selection of groceries, newspapers and other products at kiosks and petrol stations.
