Career Development

Space up your career!

Another goal of our Alliance is to strengthen the employability of our students. Bases on discussions with our stakeholders, it became clear, that students are expected to have in-depth knowledge in their field but almost as important are transferable skills.

Take a look at some of our Stakeholders!

How can you space up your career with us?

Workshops

How can you convincingly and confidently present your ideas? How can you network, or get funding for your start-up project? How to make a business out of your idea or doctoral research? All workshops have a collaborative, hands-on character, allowing participants to train their team working skills.

Inspirational talks and round tables

First-hand insights are key to making the right choices in your professional life and so are exchanges with experts. The Incubator invites local and international speakers, delighted to exchange with participants and to provide them with a realistic picture of business and entrepreneurship.

Networking

Building a sound professional network today is essential to fulfilling your professional ambitions – be it finding the right job or the right partners to make a business project move forward. Networking opportunities are, thus, always an integral part of events hosted at the Incubator.

Mentoring

Start-up entrepreneurs need experienced mentors. The mentoring process is about sharing experiences to allow the mentee to take away the specific value that resonates for them.

  • increase the employability chances of students and researchers.

  • continuously develop new entrepreneurship courses and curricula adapted to the European Space sector.

  • support students’ projects, bachelor and master thesis, as well as research projects

  • improve networking and mentoring program, student practical experience in research and innovation infrastructures.

  • enforce the match between the job market demand and the skills of students and researchers.

  • create a studying environment that encompasses both theoretical and practical knowledge and skills, improving internship opportunities at the Alliance-Stakeholders´ Network.
