The HHU Central Alumni Network brings the future and the past together

Even after completing your studies at Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf, you’re still one of us: a member of the community of HHU lecturers and students. The Central Alumni Network offers events, presentations and a newsletter to help you stay in touch with your alma mater – you decide how much you want to get involved. Membership is free. We offer two attractive services especially for our young graduates:

HHU Alumni Support

Two years ago, we established this helpful format for those just starting out on their careers: We can put you in touch with experienced and young professionals from all five faculties who will report on their day-to-day working lives, offer career tips and provide information on structures in specific companies on request. Obtaining advice in a personal and discreet way like this enables you to gain a head start when embarking on your career or a change of direction in your professional life. Just get in touch! HHU Alumni Coordinator Stefanie Folke-Sabel will be at booth 46 in building 22.01 during the Campus Fair to answer all your questions about membership. You can also obtain information about the Alumni Support project: Over 200 successful HHU alumni have declared their willingness to provide our graduates with personal and valuable tips on starting or changing careers.

Get professional application photos taken free of charge

This year we are also providing a free application photo service to help ensure your applications are successful. Photographer Ivo Mayr will be on hand during the fair to take attractive application photos with perfect lighting and a professional background. We would be pleased to provide details.
