The Student Services Centre (SSC) is open from
Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The SSC hotline is available from
Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Shorter opening hours on 16 December 2025
On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, the SSC will only be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. All in-person and telephone consultation and service hours will therefore end at 12 p.m.
SSC closed from December 18, 2025 to January 2, 2026:
The SSC will be closed from December 18, 2025 to January 2, 2026. All in-person and telephone consultation and service hours are canceled until January 2, 2026.
We will be available again from January 5, 2026!
