Psychological counselling
An offer for HHU students
Our team is on hand to support students experiencing personal and psychological challenges during their studies.
These challenges may include:
- Concerns such as exam nerves
- Concentration problems
- Procrastination
- Mental overload
- Self-doubt
- Dejection
- Relationship and family problems
- Personal problems
- Concerns due to external crisis and conflict situations (e.g. conflict in the Middle East)
In cases where further assessment or treatment of psychological conditions such as depression is needed, we can also highlight ways to seek an appropriate therapy place.
We offer psychological counselling sessions for HHU students. These sessions are held in person (on the first floor of the Student Services Centre (SSC, building 21.02) – you will be collected from the first-floor waiting area), online or by telephone. The psychological counselling is free of charge, confidential and takes place on a one-on-one basis.
Important: We do not offer psychotherapy or diagnostics.
