How do I get answers to questions about a course?

Proceed step by step:

1. First, try to find the answer to your question yourself. Perhaps there are hints in the materials on the learning platform or in the course description? Or do the examination rules and regulations or the module handbook help you?

2. If you are stuck, ask fellow students whom you know from the course.

3. If they cannot help you or you do not know any of the fellow students in your course, write your question in the forum of the respective course on the learning platform. You will then reach all students of the course and the answer you receive will help other students.

4. Only when the other steps did not help or if your concern is too specific or personal for the forum, write directly to the teacher (see also "What do I have to consider with emails?").
