Short description

The Bachelor of German Studies aims to introduce the students to subject-specific knowledge and methods. It comprises the traditional areas of German Studies: “German Linguistics” (semantics, grammar and pragmatics of the German language), “Modern German Literature” (German literature from Early Modern History to the present age), “Medieval Studies” (German language, literature and culture of the Middle Ages).
Please note that all lectures as well as exams will be held in German.
