Record of processing activities

The Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf is obliged to maintain a record of all processing activities with personal data (Article 30 EU-GDPR).
The directory for processing activities provides an overview of the processing of personal data at the university and is therefore an indispensable basis for being able to demonstrate compliance with the GDPR

Information for the parties responsible for the proceedings

HHU maintains the record of processing activities in the HHU Confluence Wiki protected by the Uni-Kennung (your ID) and password.  General imformations to the wiki can be found in the wiki itself.

Once you have logged into the wiki of the HHU, here you will find a form pattern for creating an entry in the record of processing activities. When filling out this pattern, this guide will help you.
