Bachelor courses with unrestricted admission subjects

For applicants with German citizenship or German university entrance qualification:
Please fill out and submit the online application form for the enrolment for a study programme with open admission. If you meet the enrolment criteria (university entrance qualification, certificate of health insurance, payment receipt of the social fee), you will have a study place for a study programme with open admission guaranteed ("Studienplatzgarantie")!!!

You can still enrol for study programmes with open admission until October 30, 2021 for the summer term 2021 (10 € late fee).

You have gathered all the necessary documents for the enrolment?
Then please send the the documents via mail to:

Studierenden- und Prüfungsverwaltung
Universitätsstr. 1
Gebäude: 21.02 (SSC)
40225 Düsseldorf

You wish to hand in your enrolment documents in person at the university?

Then please use the postbox ("Terminbriefkasten", postage free) at the Student Service Center (building 21.02., www.hhu.de/anreise).

Alternatively, you can hand in your documents during the office hours at the Student Service Center (www.hhu.de/ssc).

Please keep in mind that you always have to wear a mask when entering the Student Service Center.

Note: All enrolment forms are processed according to the date of receipt – it does not matter whether you submit your documents via mail or in person via the postbox. The immediate processing of you enrolment is not possible. Only complete applications can be processed. Handing in an incomplete application will not speed up the enrolment process; on the contrary you will lose time due to the additional work required to request and process your missing documents. Therefore, please only submit your form if you have already gathered all the documents listed in the explanatory leaflet.
