- What is the purpose of the JAV?
We are your representatives and your voice. We’re here for you with any concerns you may have. - When should you reach out to us?
Anytime! No problem is “too small” to bring to our attention.
Examples:- Are you only allowed to clean up workshops or offices?
- Are you only allowed to make coffee?
- Do you feel uncomfortable, harassed, or intimidated at work (for whatever reason)?
- Do you feel like you’re being treated unfairly or disrespectfully?
- Are you unable to take your break (in full)?
