Long-term accommodation

The costs vary greatly depending on the location and size of the apartment. For a smaller apartment, you need to calculate at least 500 € per month. In addition to the rent, most landlords require a deposit of up to 3 months rent at the beginning of the lease. This deposit is usually refunded to the tenant at the end of the lease on condition that the apartment has been handed over without damage.
