Student Services provides an extensive offering for prospective students at the Student Services Centre (SSC): Whether answers to “preparatory” questions or advice for new and prospective students – you can find expert contacts for all study-related questions here.
The Student Services Centre (SSC) is open from
Monday to Thursday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
The SSC hotline is available from
Monday to Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Shorter opening hours on 16 December 2025
On Tuesday, December 16, 2025, the SSC will only be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. All in-person and telephone consultation and service hours will therefore end at 12 p.m.
If you would like to obtain more comprehensive advice, you can make an appointment with our personal decision-making guidance service (German only).
