My research interests lie in group theory, which is a branch of algebra. I am interested in infinite groups
such as profinite groups, and also finite groups of prime power order. In addition, I‘m also interested in
number theory, combinatorics and knot theory.
After my PhD, I was a postdoc at the Harish-Chandra Research Institute in Allahabad, India. Then in 2013,
I was a postdoc at the Otto-von-Guericke Universitaet Magdeburg before coming to the Heinrich-Heine-Universitaet.
As of September 2016, I have a lectureship in algebra at the University of Lincoln.
